Terms & Conditions — 77acc Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77acc website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated under the brand name 77acc and is made available to eligible users in Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with 77acc and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

77acc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendment becomes effective from the date it is published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 77acc Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 77acc Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registering, depositing, wagering, or otherwise using the Platform as a person under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. 77acc operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. 77acc reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where reasonable grounds exist to suspect that a registered user is under 18, the Platform will suspend the account pending an age verification check. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed and any funds held therein will be returned to the source payment method.

In addition to the age requirement, you must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77acc makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 77acc services — including deposits, withdrawals, live dealer games, sports betting, and bonus offers — you must register a single personal account. Registration is free of charge. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated at all times.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 77acc Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77acc reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as your own, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact the 77acc support team immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

77acc operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and payment method:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement)
• Confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account details matching the registered name)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or, in cases of sustained non-compliance, account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

77acc supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform integrates with a range of local payment methods to facilitate seamless transactions for players based in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the 77acc Platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 77acc reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of any given payment method may vary depending on your location and account status.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for elevated limits. Specific limit details are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform's cashier section.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 24 hours under normal operational conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. 77acc does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own applicable charges.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the 77acc Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The Platform does not require or facilitate foreign currency conversion. Players should be aware that bKash, Nagad, and other mobile financial service providers may display transaction confirmation messages in their own formats; the BDT amount credited to or debited from your 77acc account is the authoritative record.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

77acc offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between an individual promotion's terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion's terms shall take precedence only with respect to that specific promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your 77acc account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in your account after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. The following activities are strictly prohibited in connection with bonus funds and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once
• Using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements (known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus exploitation")
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to claim region-specific promotions from outside the eligible region

5.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions

77acc regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with events significant to the Bangladesh market, including the BPL T20 season, IPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are made available to registered members and are subject to their own specific terms. Promotional offers are not transferable and hold no cash value outside of their specified use within the Platform.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 77acc Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited means:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly permitted
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion in connection with bets placed on the 77acc sportsbook
• Accessing the Platform using another person's account credentials or payment method without their explicit consent
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform's technology, game content, or data
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including but not limited to operating a syndicate, reselling wagering services, or acting as an agent for third-party players
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77acc staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform

77acc employs fraud detection technology and monitors account activity continuously. Where suspicious behaviour is identified, the Platform may place a temporary hold on your account pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation and to provide any information or documentation reasonably requested.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 77acc

77acc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: suspected fraud or money laundering, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider, or reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for prohibited purposes. Where an account is suspended, 77acc will notify the account holder at the email address on file and provide an opportunity to respond, unless the nature of the investigation requires confidentiality.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 77acc account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts subject to an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements may have those bonus funds forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of six months, twelve months, or indefinite duration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended from all gaming activity; marketing communications are suppressed; and the account cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period expires. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77acc, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

77acc does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. 77acc will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance windows in advance where practicable, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unplanned service interruptions.

In the event of a technical error that results in a game outcome being displayed or settled incorrectly, 77acc reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. No claims may be made for winnings that would have been generated had the erroneous outcome been allowed to stand.

The maximum aggregate liability of 77acc to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
